15 Point Annual Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance Service & Combustion Test

Clean and adjust oil burner 

2. Inspect flues and stack 

3. Replace oil filter cartridge 

4. Lubricate burner motor 

5. Check draft stabilizer 

6. Lubricate blower or circulator pump motor 

7. Clean heating plant 

8. Clean or replace strainer and nozzle 

9. Adjust air and oiJ mixture for maximum efficiency 

10.Clean and adjust electrodes 

11.Check controls and switches for safe operation 

12. Check for air or water leaks 

13. Perform a combustion efficiency test consisting of the  following: 

1) CO2 reading 

2) Stack temperature at furnace or boiler breeching 

3) Draft reading (at breeching) 

4) Smoke readings

14.Check Thermostat

15. Start and check operation

  • This plan includes our fifteen point annual cleaning & preventive maintenance service as listed above
  •  Also included is annual insurance coverage on repair or replacement of all parts on the oil burner, primary control, oil filter and standard air filters

  • Also included is annual coverage on repair or replacement of the parts covered under the "Basic" service contract. 

NOTE: 1/YR. - Means one part installed per year.
